1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the qr44 platform, including the website, mobile app, games, payment services, and all content provided by qr44 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using the qr44 Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

3Member Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) qr44 account. Registering more than one account by the same individual — whether using the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Qr44 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:

• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Online, Bank Islam, and other FPX member banks.
• DuitNow — instant transfers between supported banks and e-wallets.
• Touch 'n Go eWallet — deposit directly from your TNG balance.
• GrabPay — payment via GrabPay balance.
• Boost — deposit via Boost e-wallet.
• ShopeePay — payment via ShopeePay.

The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though specific limits may apply depending on your membership tier and chosen payment method. All deposits are processed in under one minute once confirmation is received from the payment provider.

5Withdrawals

Qr44 members may submit a withdrawal request at any time via the "Withdrawals" section in their account panel. The terms and process for withdrawals are as follows:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the qr44 account holder.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 24 hours on business days.
• Members must have met the rollover requirements of any active bonus before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Qr44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing a first-time withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit.

Qr44 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal currently under review if there are indicators of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, qr44 will notify the member and provide the reason for the hold within a reasonable timeframe.

6Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, and rewards offered by qr44 are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. The general conditions applicable to all qr44 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus carries a rollover requirement (wagering requirement) that must be met before winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without first satisfying the applicable rollover requirements.
• Every promotion has a set validity period — bonuses that expire will be automatically forfeited.

7Game Rules

All games available on the qr44 platform — including online slots, Live Casino, table games and Sports Betting — are governed by their own specific rules. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing any bets.

General principles applicable to all games on qr44:

• All game outcomes generated by the RNG (Random Number Generator) are final and not subject to dispute.
• Live Casino table results displayed via video stream are the official record of that game.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, qr44 will use server logs to determine the valid game state and act accordingly in a fair manner.
• Bets that have been placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled except in the event of a technical disruption on qr44's end.
• Qr44 reserves the right to void bets and issue refunds in the event of a clear technical error in the display of odds or game outcomes.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited for all users of the qr44 platform. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Registering more than one account for any purpose.
• Using automation software, bots or scripts to play or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt qr44's security systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the qr44 platform for any money laundering or financial fraud activity.
• Providing false information or forged documents during registration or the KYC process.
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system errors for unauthorised gain.
• Making any form of threat, harassment, or use of abusive language toward qr44 staff or other members.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Qr44 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Breaching any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Indicators of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to verify your identity or age when requested by qr44.
• Self-exclusion request by the member.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

If your account is suspended or closed by qr44, you will be notified via your registered email. Where closure is due to fraud or a serious breach, qr44 reserves the right to hold the account balance until the investigation is concluded. Members who disagree with a suspension or closure decision may submit an appeal to the qr44 support team.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the qr44 support team. Any remaining balance will be returned once the account closure is confirmed, subject to all relevant conditions being met.

10Liability Limit

Qr44 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gaming, betting, or other activities on the qr44 platform.
• Service interruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled technical maintenance.
• Device damage or data loss caused by the use of the qr44 platform.
• Delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third parties (banks, e-wallet providers).

Qr44's total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being raised. That said, qr44 will always endeavour to resolve any technical or financial issues that arise in a fair and timely manner.

11Responsible Gambling
